Ordering process in space we operate in is bound to be unconventional due to dynamic nature of availability. Besides, the category we deal in have scrutiny and that is why direct checkout(Paying using card at end) is impractical, financial institutions don’t integrate with business that fall in such grey areas. Nevertheless, unconventional ordering process also maintains privacy and discretion for customers choosing to buy!
Let us make it more clear to you that how it works:-
1.) You browse, you choose a product you decide to buy it, you submit order on the website. NOTE: You only place the order, you don’t pay yet, After we receive your order, Our team will confirm availability, pricing, and delivery timeline with you.
You can ask any questions before proceeding, no pressure. Once everything is confirmed, we’ll share the available payment method and next steps to proceed.

You browsed, you didn’t find the item of your desire, you can contact us through 1 to 1 communication channels and inquire about the item, There are chances that item you may want and is not on website can be sourced by us at your request, However, in that case the order has to be placed on communication channel where you share details like your relevant details for order there and once confirmed we will share with you available payment method.
2.) After your payment is cleared with us, We inform you and work towards fulfilling your order, you will be updated at every development.
3.) Quality inspection is done before shipping once passed your item is carefully packed with discretion and is handed over to shipping carrier.
4.) All Shipments are tracked and trackings number will be shared with you upon dispatch.
Payment Method
We currently do not support card payments. All orders are processed through a manual confirmation system to ensure secure verification, accurate order handling, and smooth fulfillment. Card payments are tightly controlled and monitored. Institutions have strict rules about what products can the payments be facilitated for. The goods we sell are not allowed and it also creates complications for buyers in some or other way hence it’s best practice in our space to follow the manual ordering method. Given that, the only options available are Bank Transfer/Wire Transfer/Swift or Crypto currencies. if you want to use credit card you can use it as cash in advance through third party money transfer companies to send us transfers using your credit card.
We do understand buyer’s perspective and agree that it’s a trust based transaction, but we will never ask you to trust us without verifying us!
